Setup

Action Class Pro does require some setup. Most of it is optional because it comes with a fair amount of defaults. Nonetheless the power is in the ability to customize it.

First, What is Mapping?

Mapping lets you change a class that appears like this:

  • Location: DTD GYM
  • Program: A&FT
  • Level: Young Advanced
  • Session: EQ4-Jul

To

  • Location: Main Street Dallas Gym
  • Program: Aerials, Flips & Tucks
  • Level: Advanced for 6 – 9 year olds
  • Session: July 18th – 31st

What does mapping allow you to do?

  1. Change Names: iClassPro names are made by admins for admins. Action Class Pro allows you to change those names to be more user friendly without messing up your iClassPro names
  2. Add Short Descriptions: When using the Class Filter Tool a short description can be used to provide a sentence about the class.
  3. Add Long Descriptions: Sometimes you want to give a full class breakdown. Do it here.
  4. Add Images: Add an image to your Location, Program, Level, or Session. By Default, Action Class Pro will try to pull in images from iClassPro.
  5. Add Dates: For sessions, you can add formal start and end dates to your maps.

Display preferences

Set the appearance of different Action Class Pro tools by adjusting the display preferences.
